I’m not a member, how can I get tickets for High Holidays?

High Holiday tickets are a suggested donation of $180 per Holiday. For example if you’re coming to all 5 services (Erev Rosh Hashanah, Rosh Hashanah, Kol Nidre, Yom Kippur, and Ne’ilah) it would be a total of $360 because you’re coming to all the Rosh Hashanah and all the Yom Kippur Holidays. If you’re only coming to the Rosh Hashanah Holidays, it’s $180. If you’re only coming to the Yom Kippur Holidays, it’s $180. You can visit our PAY PAGE, input your name and information under visitors, under the type dropdown, click “High Holiday Tickets” adjust the price as needed, and continue on to payment. You may also bring cash or a check to the High Holiday services you will be attending. Make sure to sign your kids up for the kid’s service on our High Holidays Page, kids are a suggested donation of $80.

I am a member, how can I get tickets for High Holidays?

You already have them! Your membership includes High Holiday tickets for you and your kids. Make sure to sign them up for the Kids Service on our High Holidays Page. Plus, if you pay in full before August 31st, you can bring 2 extra guests!

How do I become a TSSB member?

If you are interested in becoming a member at Temple Shalom of the South Bay (including sending your kids to Hebrew School), please email Flo at tssbassistant@gmail.com to get your account set up and our membership chair Angie at angelagreenspan@gmail.com to get the full welcome wagon experience! Plus come to any of our Upcoming Events and make sure to introduce yourself to Rabbi August!

I’m a member, how do I make a payment?

Log into our Pay Page in the top right hand corner, scroll down and input your family’s name under “paying as”, click payment is for “an account balance”, click on the unpaid dues you wish to pay, either pay this amount “once now" or set up a payment plan to end no later than June 30th, 2025, continue on to payment! It should look something like the image below.

You may also mail a check to Temple Shalom, 1818 Monterey Blvd. Hermosa Beach, CA, 90254.

How do I donate to the High Holiday Annual Appeal?

Please visit our High Holiday Annual Appeal Pay Page and input your name and the amount you’d like to give! If you are a member with us, your family’s name will pop up, please click it. If you are not, you can type your name in still so we know who you are. Thank you very much for your support!

I am not a member and do not know how to RSVP for Shabbat, should I still come?

Yes! Please come to a Shabbat service. Evite will not let people RSVP if they are not a contact, so either just show up or email Flo at tssbassistant@gmail.com and let her know how many people to expect. She will put your name on the evite list from now on.

I want my child to join Teen Group on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30pm at Temple Menorah, how do I sign them up?

Please email maxechegaray@hotmail.com, rebeccah@templemenorah.org, and tssbassistant@gmail.com and let them know you want your teen to join! We welcome them at any point during the year. Please make sure to check our our calendar on the Events Page to see what days Teen Group has off.
